hasn't slept
since drafted to Vietnam
fed up with P.T.S.D.
on his delivery
and slow uptake
but kept his voice
shut as if he
were in shame
of voice
instead
of having the graffiti
on city walls
to blame himself
for all his choice
alternatives
until he laughed
it all off in bed.
