fell from an alcoholic bar
as cups fall on his feet,

while Samuel suffered
on a melancholic rack
writing his daily maxims
like hymns of a hypochondriac,

Both adored the Lord Jesus
rewarded in their own way
who is more greatly
awed or odd,who can say.
