 view from Parisian salon
of interior pictures,
  mediation rooms
  of memoirs
  with facile suggestions
    of a faint Renoir
 a handsome stud
 from the French
       foreign legion
 rescued from the mud
 of  Algiers
   suddenly appears
seeking a mate
in a still life rear mirror
   by the museum
 as he draws in a canvas
 of Romantic   themes
from his constant
 day dream  of a fairy queen
lyrics band
 of Spenser's Guinevere.
