WATER

Water wells
are under stars
with the penury of beggars
in the city Square
to share revolutionary stories
in a pool of miracles
from a wonder of centuries
which dwell
in schools
for apprentices
of commentaries
learning how outside
nature survives
in the wintry cold air
enfolded by bird nests
without bounds
in the hinterland
resting in the void of branches
filled with snow or ice
sparrows not waiting for spring
to lively sing out
in their thousand shadows
more than once or twice.
